I'm curious why you think Mazola is healthier than butter. Please state your sources. Every nutrition book I've ever read says that butter is healthy and artificial butters, margarines etc. are junk food.

My father always taught me to put in the meat first to get it inside the omelet and egg, not just on top, try that! Great vid though!
