May I ask something? When you made the character in Flash, did you hand draw it in Flash or import the picture from another program you drew it in? e.g.Photoshop

This is quite probably the absolute best tutorial on After Effects traditional cartoon animation I've seen yet. I've been dreading getting into AE coming from ToonBoom but this answered all of my concerns on workflow
